Sales Pitch/Value Proposition
Healthcare organizations face a perfect storm: employees are burnt out, disengaged, and working in toxic, unsafe cultures. Current solutions are slow, hard to access, and ineffective—leaving leaders frustrated and costs soaring.
The impact: disability and turnover rates are skyrocketing, more employees are off work and failing to return, and workplace cultures are growing more tense and unstable.
The gap: clinical services treat symptoms, not root causes, while wellness programs act as Band-Aids. Employees lack the psychological skills to meet today’s job demands.
The solution: AIR equips employees with evidence-based tools to build resilience and meet mental, emotional, and social demands. Think of us as a “psychological hard hat”—PPE for the mind.
Our approach: AIR bridges critical gaps by combining health risk assessments, digital training, and live coaching into one powerful, results-driven system.
Programs:
• Return-to-Work: equips employees coming back from disability leave for lasting success.
• Stay-at-Work: helps struggling employees manage stress before it escalates.
The science: Led by psychiatrist Dr. Jackie Kinley, our programs are built on decades of research and clinical practice in resilience, uncovering the skills people need not just to recover, but to thrive.
Why AIR?
• Positive & Evidence-Based: empowering, de-stigmatizing, and rooted in mental fitness science.
• Fast & Cost-Effective: saves time and money compared to iCBT or therapy.
• Easy & Scalable: fully digital, integrates seamlessly, and delivers lasting impact.
